Dorsamix®

Designation: Velpeau^® Dorsamix^®1 lock hand loops.^® Classic is a 21 and 26cm back orthosis for stabilizing the lumbar region. Six rigid ribs (2 abdominal and 4 dorsal) ensure the stability and rigidity of the orthosis. The two side ribs are removable. Two elastic compression straps complete the stabilization and ensure flexible adjustment of the orthosis. Opening and closing is made easier by the Velpeau.

Indications: Non-specific pain syndrome, acute or chronic, affecting the lumbar spine, caused by inappropriate stress, overload of the muscles and ligaments in the lumbar spine region and of the sacrum. Specific pain syndrome, acute or chronic, affecting the lumbar region in cases of:

• osteochondrosis of the lumbar region,
• spondyloarthritis of the lumbar region.
